Global cryptoasset regulatory landscape study

The team of researchers from Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance at University of Cambridge has tackled the job of making the first global comparative study of cryptoasset regulation. The document provides crucial insights into the cryptoasset regulatory landscape in 23 jurisdictions all over the world - all comprised in a 123-page PDF. The authors hope that their global comparative analysis of cryptoasset regulation will highlight coverage gaps in regulatory frameworks and thus enable individual regulators to focus their own regulatory approach in the context of the global cryptoasset regulatory landscape.
